MGWDM 160G system is the first generation of CWDM optical transmission shelves of Moj Gostaran Adak Company, which is made with a maximum capacity of 160G and can send and receive data at a speed of 160Gbps with a pair of fiber optics. This system uses 16 SFP + SFP or single channel XFP transponder cards to receive 10GE or 1GE traffic from the subscribers' 1310nm client modules and then transmits this traffic to the MUX section of this device using CWDM link modules. The MUX output is sent via a fiber to the second device at the destination (from 10km to 80km). This connection is established inversely and simultaneously between the destination and the origin. This control card (installed on the back of the device) is responsible for monitoring the performance of 16 transponder cards of this device.
This transponder card is designed and built to transmit 40G Ethenet traffic over long distances. A QSFP module is used to connect to the client and a QSFP module (with DWDM wavelengths) is used to transmit traffic. The QSFP cage installed on this card is standard and users can use two types of short-range and long-range QSFP modules on this card according to the specifications of the 40G module on the client side. The QSFP cage installed on the card is also standard for the link port, and users can use the common types of QSFP modules in this card, depending on the distance required to transfer traffic.
This transponder card is designed and made to transfer 100G Ethenet or OTN traffic over long distances (500km). A CFP module is used to connect to the client and a CFP cohort module is used to transfer traffic. The CFP connectors installed on the card of this device are standard and users according to the wavelength selected for the output of the transponder device, using a pair of Single Mode fiber to MUX / DMUX DWDM connected.
This system is responsible for receiving 8 channels of E1 channel in HDB3 format related to telecommunication subscribers through 16 BNC connectors (8 Tx and 8 Rx) which are installed on the back of the device from the telecommunication centers of the country and convert it to PDH or SDH format. Slowly and serially transmit from the device optically at a rate of 155MHz via fiber optic platform (depending on the type of optical module selected by the manufacturer) at distances of 80Km, 40Km, 20Km. At the destination station, the second system receives this information from the fiber optic platform and, after converting the optical signal into electrical, retuns the data format from PDH to 8 E1 lines. Finally, this information is delivered to the destination telecommunication center with 16 BNC connectors. It is noteworthy that this relationship is established bilaterally and simultaneously.
This device is used to establish protection on optical signals. The function of this device is Protection Channel and Protection Line.
WSS This device is similar to OADM in terms of functionality, except that this device is active and has the ability to select the desired channel for Add/Drop. In other words, WSS can Add/Drop some channels in one of the ports and Add/Drop other channels in another port.
